Return to Reading Retreats

My primary human and I have very much missed going on reading retreats over the last two-and-a-half years. So were were delighted when they started up again at the end of September. It was lovely to be back in the Taunton house, with a view of the river from our room.



My human's theme for the first stage of the reading retreat was books with 'girl', 'woman', 'sister' or 'mother' in the title:



Then, our planned writing retreat was cancelled at short notice and we got the opportunity to stay on at the reading retreat for another few days, which was glorious!



My human read eight books in seven days, and also enjoyed lots of tea and yummy snacks:
