Hello! Welcome to sunny / rainy Shrewsbury (it was one of those weekends). This is the awesome Quantum Leap statue. It represents dinosaur bones, or DNA or a backbone (why have one interpretation when three will do?

Perhaps that explanation will help!
The humans and I went for the weekend folk festival. One of them had been before but for another it was her first time. It was lovely to see lots of friends - two of which had come all the way from California!
We started with a walk around lovely Shrewsbury town centre - unchanged for 100s of years.

Isn't that amazing.

I'm told the houses used to stick out into the street so far so that things could be thrown out of the window and not splash against the downstairs. I can't imagine what though... :-/

The humans went to listen to the music and do a lot of ceilidh dancing. Here they're getting a bit too close to some scary morris men - one of whom later whacked his stick so hard into someone else's that it shattered and became a razor-sharp stick of death!
The more enthusiastic ones ceilidhing.
Mostly I spent my time hanging out with my new friends.

Comfy seating arrangements!

Making a trunk call (I'm such a wit)!

You lookin' at me? You lookin' at me?
All in all another new experience and another great weekend.
