Nature in Lockdown
Jul. 30th, 2020 10:25 amThe humans are still getting out for walks most days, and I have quite a few lovely pictures from trips out in the early days of the lockdown, so I thought I would share some: We are very lucky in that we have lots of green spaces and fun trails we can walk to. This path runs down by the side of a golf course:
At the end, there's another road that leads down to a very pleasant lake:
One of the humans' favourite routes is to go all the way around the lake before heading home:
Keeping to the water theme, there's a large park a bit further away that also has a lake:
Most of the roads near where we live have a lot of trees, and this one was showing two different colours of blossom when we went past:
Closer to home, there were more trees in bloom, adding some lovely colour to this rather drab building:
Lots of the houses also have foliage growing up and around the doors and windows:
And one even has bear-shaped topiary!
So, we've had lots of fun on our walks and seen some very lovely greenery!
