Reading Retreat - Hereford

My primary human and I spent a glorious weekend near Hereford for a reading retreat - our first in over a year! We decided to start as we meant to go on - first book begun on the train:



The house was an impressive pile - perhaps haunted, but only by friendly ghosts, we decided:



We think perhaps the owners like tractors...



Our room was fit for royalty!



There were lots of new friends to encounter:



These fine individuals watched over us at night:



And these fellows were ready to greet the new day with us in the morning!



We were happy to see the Reading Retreat penguin and Totoro again - and made a new friend of Oliver the bear, who was accompanying his human reader:



Lots of good reading accomplished!
