Easter Retreat

My primary human and I spirited ourselves away to a little cottage near Exeter for Easter weekend, with the intention of getting some writing done.

It was a cosy place:



And very welcoming:



The view from the little living room was delightful:



And these gentlemen proved quite friendly:



There were piggies in the kitchen to keep us company over dinner:



And we took advantage of some brief intervals of sunshine to enjoy the countryside:



But this was where most of our time was spent, beavering away on my human's novel:



Overall, a lovely break from life in the city, and a productive weekend.
